It’s the comfort level that I love so much. This pillow is so easy to customize to exactly your liking. I personally like mine about halfway full. My husband however likes his completely full so that the pillow is really firm. He is new to the MediFlow but agrees that it has helped him with basic morning aches and pains.

The importance of sleep is so immense and deep, I don't feel anyone is really able to cover all of it's value. When you sleep, your body goes through so many regenerative processes that without it, life is unlivable. So, I am not surprised to see ads for this pillow in a General Physicians office.

I usually wake up with little or no energy and some degree of neck pain. I am pleased to say that, even after the first night, I woke up with less pain (if any) and more energy.
