    A. It is very simple really, water cannot be compressed and will surround your head and neck allowing for individualized support.     A. It depends on what kind of support you are looking for, the more water you add the more support and firmness you add to the pillow. We recommend 2 liters/ quarts for soft support, 3 for medium support and 4-5 for firm support.

The gel memory Foam Pillow size is 18" x 26" which is a Standard size pillow and will fit any Standard size pillowcase.

                      Gel vs Fiber Elite

                      At first I ordered the Gel, but realized it was too firm. So I ordered the Fiber Elite and I feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud. This is the best pillow I have ever had!

                      Excellent - exceeds expectations

                      Cooling Gel Memory Form

                      Received with no damage to box or pillows. Husband was skeptical due to foam but with water added, it provided enough support and didn’t sink in.

                      The Water Pillow

                      Both my husband & I both bought the Water Pillow & love it! I suffer from neck pain from previous car accidents & arthritis. It has helped the pain & I feel more comfortable sleeping at night. It's great that you can adjust the pillow to your specific sleeping positions. That's what sold me!
