        A. It depends on what kind of support you are looking for, the more water you add the more support and firmness you add to the pillow. We recommend 2 liters/ quarts for soft support, 3 for medium support and 4-5 for firm support.

                              Amazing!

                              For years I have searched for the perfect pillow. One that is supportive but soft. For weeks I would wake up with a pounding headache and stiff neck and this is why I decided to give this pillow a try. After the FIRST night my headaches and neck pain were gone and haven’t returned! I purchased one for my Mom for Mothers Day and she loves it!!

                              GREAT FOR NECK ISSUES

                              Very comfortable and neck issues ceased. The gel mem foam was a little too thick, so I sliced about an inch or so off one surface. This allowed more room for adding a gallon of additional water...thus perfect for me.

                              The last pillow you’ll need!

                              I had the Down one before I got this one and it was ok… I’ve been looking for years for the perfect pillow and I’ve finally found it! I’m in less pain and I sleep much better now!!! I’m a side sleeper and typically memory foam pillows never have enough support to accommodate for sleeping on your side, so I love adjusting the height of my pillow to suite me perfectly!

                              Both my husband & I both bought the Water Pillow & love it! I suffer from neck pain from previous car accidents & arthritis. It has helped the pain & I feel more comfortable sleeping at night. It's great that you can adjust the pillow to your specific sleeping positions. That's what sold me!
